follow kamburupitiya-mulatiyana road from kamburupiya town(nearly 14km) .

turn left to kotaploa-mawarala road ,go straight from kotaploa-mawarala road (nearly 4km)
while you are passing that distance you can see "mulatiyan rakshithaya" name board right side of that road, after pass that nameboard you will see foot path to go down to waterfall
